Grandac Tablet is used to prevent nausea and vomiting caused by chemotherapy or radiation therapy. It contains Granisetron, which works by blocking a natural substance (serotonin) in the body that causes nausea and vomiting. This medicine may sometimes cause side effects such as diarrhoea, constipation, stomach pain, weakness, headache, fever, dizziness, and drowsiness. Inform the doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking any other medication, or have any pre-existing medical conditions.
