Gravol Tablet is used to prevent and treat nausea, vomiting, and dizziness caused by motion sickness. Besides this, it is also used to treat nausea and vomiting associated with radiation sickness, surgery, and drug-induced Meniere disease (feelings of spinning and inner ear problems). Gravol Tablet contains Dimenhydrinate, which relieves motion sickness by blocking histamine and muscarinic receptors that trigger nausea, vomiting, and dizziness. Common side effects of Gravol Tablet may include dry mouth, blurred vision, drowsiness, dizziness, headache, fatigue, disorientation, tinnitus, palpitations, and low blood pressure.
