Lacosam Injection is an anticonvulsant medicine used in the treatment of partial-onset seizures and generalised tonic-clonic seizures. It contains lacosamide, which works by decreasing the disorganised electrical activity in the brain and thereby helps treat seizures. Common side effects include nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, dry mouth and dizziness.
