Pilsoft Cream is a combination medicine used in the treatment of anal fissures, anal fistula, and piles (haemorrhoids). This medicine decreases the sensation of pain by blocking the pain signals from the nerves to brain, thereby reduces inflammation (redness and swelling) and promoting better healing. It helps reduce itching, redness and swelling due to piles. Common side effects include rectal pain, burning sensation and redness at the site of application
