Ultramed-D Tablet is used in the symptomatic treatment of moderate to severe pain. It blocks the transmission of pain signals to the brain to lower pain perception. Also, it works on the region in the brain that controls vomiting. It increases the movement of the stomach and intestines, allowing food to move more easily through the stomach. It may cause common side effects like sleepiness, weakness, dizziness, nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, or constipation. Before taking this medicine, you should tell your doctor if you are allergic to any of its components or if you are pregnant/breastfeeding, and about all the medications you are taking and pre-existing medical conditions.
