I am taking Kerala Ayurveda Histantin and Himalaya Bresol tablets twice daily, but they are making my stools hard and irregular. Can I take Himalaya Triphala to relieve this, or do you suggest another remedy? I also have nasal adhesions causing nasal congestion, and take 30 ml of Giloy juice daily.

Himalaya Triphala may help soften your stools and relieve constipation, but you should consult your doctor to ensure it does not interact with your current medications or medical conditions. Increasing your daily water and fibre intake is a safer first step to naturally soften stools and improve bowel regularity. Giloy juice is safe, but it will not treat nasal adhesions, so consult an ENT doctor for proper treatment.

I have been suffering from a seasonal cold for the past 4-5 years. I take many tablets, but they provide relief only for a few hours. I feel better after taking Himalaya Bresol. Are there any other effective medicines like Bresol? How many times a day and in what dosage should I take Bresol?
