  5. I am taking Kerala Ayurveda Histantin and Himalaya Bresol tablets twice daily, but they are making my stools hard and irregular. Can I take Himalaya Triphala to relieve this, or do you suggest another remedy? I also have nasal adhesions causing nasal congestion, and take 30 ml of Giloy juice daily.
