  1. Pour 15 to 20 ml (approximately 2-3 tablespoons) of room temperature drinking water into a clean glass.
  2. Dispense the drops directly into the water.
  • Adults: Add 15 to 20 drops.
  • Children (Above 12 years): Add 5 to 10 drops.
