  • Wash hands thoroughly before preparation
  • Sterilise all utensils and feeding equipment
  • Measure 210 ml of previously boiled and cooled water
  • Add 7 levelled scoops (approx. 55g) of powder
  • Stir or shake well until fully dissolved
