  • Antibiotics (Tetracyclines and Fluoroquinolones): Calcium can significantly reduce the absorption of these antibiotics. Take your antibiotics at least 2 hours before or 4 to 6 hours after taking Supracal HD Tablet .
  • Bisphosphonates: This supplement can decrease the absorption of osteoporosis medications like alendronate. Space them apart by at least 30 minutes to an hour.
  • Thiazide Diuretics: Taking these water pills with calcium can increase the risk of developing excessively high calcium levels in your blood.
