I am using Amexidil 5% lotion for hair loss along with a daily Fenix tablet, but I have not seen any improvement. I also use Trigaine shampoo daily. Should I switch to another solution like Mintop or Hair 4U 5%, or move to a 10% minoxidil solution? What would you recommend for better results?

Hair treatments can take 3-6 months to show results. If Amexidil 5% is not helping, consult a dermatologist before switching to Mintop, Hair 4U, or a 10% solution, so they can recommend the safest and most effective option for you. Continue gentle hair care and follow professional guidance for the best results.
I am experiencing severe hair fall after a sudden weight loss of 12 kg in 2 months. My dermatologist has prescribed Androfol M, Tugain 5% solution, Rootz hair oil, and Trigaine shampoo (2?3 times a week). Could you please explain how to properly use Rootz hair oil and Trigaine shampoo? Also, are there any natural home remedies that can help reduce hair fall and promote hair regrowth?

Use Rootz hair oil 2-3 times a week by gently massaging it into the scalp, leaving it on for a few hours or overnight before washing. Use Trigaine shampoo 2-3 times weekly, massage into the scalp for 2-3 minutes, then rinse well. Since hair fall after sudden weight loss is common (telogen effluvium), focus on a protein-rich diet, iron and biotin intake, proper sleep, and stress control, and hair usually improves within a few months.
