Most people tolerate this medicine well, though some may experience mild side effects like dizziness, tiredness, or mild swelling in the ankles. If you experience serious symptoms such as a very slow heartbeat, worsening chest pain, or severe dizziness, you must contact your healthcare provider right away.
Before you begin taking Amtas-AT Tablet , tell your doctor if you have a history of asthma, liver damage, kidney disease, or heart failure. Do not take this if you have a very slow resting heart rate, a serious heart block, or cardiogenic shock.
