Cortel LN Tablet contains Telmisartan, which works by blocking the action of a hormone called angiotensin II in the body. This hormone causes blood vessels to narrow, leading to high blood pressure. By blocking this action, Cortel LN Tablet widens and relaxes blood vessels, lowering high blood pressure.
