About Defira Suspension 30 ml

Defira Suspension 30 ml is used to treat Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD, a genetic disorder that causes muscles to weaken) in children over two years of age. DMD is a hereditary condition that causes gradual muscle weakness, usually in boys.

Defira Suspension 30 ml contains Deflazacort, an immunosuppressive drug that works by reducing inflammation (swelling) and altering the immune system's function.
