About Dimol 40 Tablet
Dimol 40 Tablet is used to reduce symptoms of gas, such as bloating and abdominal pain. Bloating is the accumulation of gas in the stomach and intestines. It occurs due to swallowing of air while eating or drinking too fast, having oily or spicy food, or having large meals.
Dimol 40 Tablet contains ‘Dimethicone’. It works by decreasing the surface tension of gas bubbles to release the gas more efficiently. It facilitates the expulsion of gas through flatus or belching (burping). It helps to reduce abdominal pain caused by gas formation.
