DUPHAPRO 1MG TABLET is used to treat chronic idiopathic constipation (long-term constipation). Chronic idiopathic constipation is a condition where a person has infrequent, difficult, or incomplete bowel movements lasting for three months or more, without any known cause such as disease or medication.

DUPHAPRO 1MG TABLET contains prucalopride, which works on the muscle walls of the gut to increase bowel movement, helping to restore normal bowel function and relieve chronic constipation.

Take DUPHAPRO 1MG TABLET for as long as your doctor has prescribed it to you. In some cases, you may experience certain common side effects, such as headache, diarrhoea, nausea, and abdominal pain.
