• Flurish Tablet should be taken on an empty stomach as food may lower its absorption. It should be taken after you first get up for the day, at least 6 hours after you last had anything to eat or drink except water.

• Swallow Flurish Tablet as a whole with a full glass of water.
• Do not crush, chew, or break it.
• Avoid lying down, eating, or drinking (except water) for 60 minutes after taking Flurish Tablet.
