About Gladcort-M Cream
Gladcort-M Cream is used to reduce inflammation (swelling), itchiness and redness caused by certain skin problems called dermatitis or psoriasis. Dermatitis is a common skin condition associated with dry, itchy, or swollen skin. Psoriasis is a condition in which skin cells multiply faster than normal, resulting in white scales and itchy, dry patches.
Gladcort-M Cream contains Mometasone, which works by acting inside skin cells and inhibiting the release of certain inflammatory substances in the body that cause redness, itching, and swelling.
Some people may experience inflamed hair follicles, acne, thinning of the skin, itching, stinging, tingling or burning sensations. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. However, if the side effects persist, please consult your doctor.

How Gladcort-M Cream Works
Storage
- Consult a dermatologist to know why the skin was depigmenting and hence get proper therapy.
- Your doctor may recommend light therapy, such as narrowband UVB phototherapy, to stimulate melanin production.
- Use SPF 30 sun protection and protective clothing to prevent the skin from getting damaged by the sun.
- Apply moisture to your skin regularly to maintain its hydration and health.
- Avoid harsh skin products that can worsen depigmentation.
- Use a serum or take supplements of vitamin C to promote healthiness in the skin and build up collagen.
- Wash your face in the morning and evening with a mild cleanser to take off dirt and sebum.
- To limit oil contact, try not to touch your face as much particularly your chin, nose, and forehead.
- Moisturize with a light oil-free lotion that nourishes the skin while allowing the pores to breathe.
- Throughout the day, get rid of excess oil by using oil blotting paper.
- To get rid of dead skin cells and unclog pores, exfoliate once or twice a week with a mild exfoliator.

- Contact your doctor immediately if you notice vision changes after using Gladcort-M Cream.

- If you use Gladcort-M Cream for psoriasis, your doctor may review the progress regularly.
- If your condition reoccurs shortly after stopping treatment with Gladcort-M Cream, within two weeks, do not restart using Gladcort-M Cream without consulting your doctor.
- Do not cover or wrap the treated area with a bandage unless advised by your doctor.
- Avoid using Gladcort-M Cream for more than 5 days in children and on the face.
- Avoid using Gladcort-M Cream in or around the eyes, including eyelids.
- Do not use Gladcort-M Cream on large areas of the body or for a longer duration.
- Use Gladcort-M Cream as prescribed. You are advised to use Gladcort-M Cream for as long as your doctor has recommended it based on your condition.
- Gladcort-M Cream is for external use only. Avoid contact of Gladcort-M Cream with nose, mouth, or eyes. In case Gladcort-M Cream comes in contact with these areas accidentally, rinse with water thoroughly.
