• Haemorrhoids (Piles): Hadensa Ointment helps by numbing the painful area, reducing swelling, and providing a cooling, protective barrier over irritated rectal tissues.
• Anal Fissures: Hadensa Ointment provides rapid pain relief by numbing the small tears in the lining of the anus, making bowel movements more comfortable.
• Rectal Itching and Discomfort: Hadensa Ointment soothes irritation, cools the skin, and protects the area from further friction and moisture.

When used as directed as part of your treatment plan, Hadensa Ointment may provide the following benefits:

• Helps relieve pain and discomfort: May help reduce pain, soreness, and tenderness caused by haemorrhoids (piles) and anal fissures.
• Helps soothe itching and burning: May help relieve itching, burning, and irritation around the affected area.

• Follow your doctor’s instructions on the dosage and timing of this medication.
• Check the label for directions before using Hadensa Ointment and use it as advised by the doctor.
• Clean and dry the affected area. Take the prescribed amount onto the applicator and apply it directly onto the anal/rectal area.
• Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water.
• Remove the applicator carefully and remain lying down for a few minutes to allow the medication to absorb.

• Eat a high-fibre diet: Include plenty of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and other fibre-rich foods to help soften stools and make bowel movements easier.
• Stay well hydrated: Drink enough water throughout the day to help prevent constipation and reduce straining during bowel movements.
• Avoid straining: Try not to strain or hold your breath while passing stools, as this can increase pressure on the veins around the anus and worsen haemorrhoids (piles).
• Do not delay bowel movements: Go to the toilet when you feel the urge, and avoid sitting on the toilet for long periods, as this may increase pressure on the anal area.
• Keep the area clean and dry: Gently clean the anal area after each bowel movement and pat it dry. Wearing loose, breathable cotton underwear may help reduce moisture and irritation.

• Keep the applicator clean: If you use the applicator, wash it thoroughly with warm water and mild soap after each use and allow it to dry before storing it.

• Seek medical advice if symptoms persist: Contact your doctor if your symptoms do not improve within a few days, become worse, or if you develop severe pain, increasing rectal bleeding, fever, or signs of an allergic reaction.
• Support healthy bowel habits: Eat a high-fibre diet, drink enough fluids, and avoid straining during bowel movements to help reduce irritation and support healing.
