Hynidase Injection 1's

Hynidase Injection is used as an adjunct to improve the spread and absorption of injected fluids and certain compatible medicines during specific medical procedures. Its uses include:

• Enhancing Drug Absorption: Hynidase Injection helps certain injected medicines, such as local anaesthetics, spread more easily through tissues.
• Subcutaneous Hydration: It helps fluids given under the skin absorb more effectively when intravenous access is difficult or unsuitable.
• Subcutaneous Urography (an imaging test using dye injected under the skin): Hynidase Injection may be used to help the dye absorb more effectively so X-ray images of the kidneys and urinary tract can be taken.
• Ophthalmic Procedures: It may be added to local anaesthetic injections used around the eye during certain eye surgeries to help the anaesthetic spread more effectively through surrounding tissues.

Hynidase Injection temporarily makes body tissues easier for injected fluids and compatible medicines to move through, helping them spread and absorb more effectively during selected medical procedures.

• Follow your doctor’s instructions on the dosage and timing of this medication.
• Hynidase Injection will be administered by the doctor or nurse in a healthcare setting.
• Do not self-administer.

• Stay well-hydrated: Drink plenty of water before and after your treatment to support your body's fluid balance and enhance the absorption of the injected fluids.
• Rest the injection site: Avoid heavy lifting, vigorous exercise, or putting excessive pressure on the treated area for at least 24 hours after the injection.
• Do not massage the area: Unless specifically instructed by your healthcare provider, avoid rubbing or massaging the injection site, as this can affect how the medication spreads.
• Monitor your skin: Keep a close eye on the skin around the injection site for any unusual changes, such as worsening redness, warmth, or pus, which could indicate a complication.

• Inspect the Solution Before Use: The solution should be clear and free from visible particles. Do not use it if it appears cloudy, discoloured, or contains particles.
• Avoid Infected or Cancerous Areas: Hynidase Injection should not be injected into or around these areas because it may help infection or cancer cells spread into nearby tissues.
• Report Any History of Allergies: Tell your healthcare provider about previous severe allergic reactions before receiving Hynidase Injection. Appropriate allergy assessment may be considered when clinically indicated.
• Ensure Safe Needle Disposal: Used needles and syringes should be discarded immediately in an approved puncture-resistant sharps container and must never be reused.
