Iver Shine Lotion belongs to a class of medications called anthelmintics. It is used to treat lesions of Rosacea. Rosacea is a long-term medical condition that mostly affects the skin of the face, causing redness on the forehead, cheeks, chin, and nose.
Iver Shine Lotion contains Ivermectin, which acts as an anti-inflammatory drug. Iver Shine Lotion helps calm the skin and reduce irritation and redness associated with rosacea. Ivermectin also has antiparasitic properties and thus acts against Demodex mites which may contribute to rosacea symptoms.
Iver Shine Lotion is for external use only. In some cases, the Iver Shine Lotion may cause dryness, burning, itching, redness, or stinging of the skin as side effects. Most of these side effects eventually resolve over time without the need for medical intervention. Consult your doctor if any side effects worsen or persist.
Do not use Iver Shine Lotion if you are allergic to Ivermectin or other ingredients in this formulation. Consult your doctor if you are a pregnant or nursing mother.
