I am a central serous chorioretinopathy patient and doctor has advised me to take Macugold Plus daily before bed since past 1 month. But I have noticed that my sleep has infact reduced than before every time i take this tablet. esp. when i wake up at night to pass urine, then I am alert and cannot fall asleep again. I have tried using dark glasses to avoid light on eyes but that has been ineffective too. also sometimes I am simply awake instead of deeper sleep even without passing urine (Switching lights). What could be the reason and what is the solution?
