Novelon Tablet is used for contraception and in the treatment of dysmenorrhea (irregular and painful periods).
Novelon Tablet contains Desogestrel and Ethinylestradiol, which help to prevent pregnancy in multiple ways. It prevents the release of an egg from the ovaries and thickens the fluid in the cervix, making it difficult for sperm to enter the womb.
