Olmetop 40 Tablet is used for the treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure). Additionally, it is used to reduce the risk of heart attack or stroke and kidney problems. It contains Olmesartan, which relaxes blood vessels and allows the blood to flow more smoothly and the heart to pump more efficiently. It may cause side effects such as dizziness, headache, nausea, indigestion, diarrhoea, stomach ache, gastroenteritis, and upper respiratory infections.
