Praisvate-S3 Ointment 20 gm is a dermatological medication primarily used to treat eczema and psoriasis. Eczema is a skin condition associated with inflamed, itchy, cracked, and rough skin patches. Psoriasis is a skin disease in which skin cells multiply rapidly to form bumpy (uneven) red patches covered with white scales.

Praisvate-S3 Ointment 20 gm contains Clobetasol propionate and Salicylic acid. Clobetasol propionate blocks the production of prostaglandins (chemical messengers) that make the affected area red, swollen, and itchy. Salicylic acid causes peeling of the cornified epithelium or horny layer of skin.

Apply Praisvate-S3 Ointment 20 gm once or twice a day, as directed by your doctor. Use it at the same time each day for effective results.
Apply a thin layer with clean, dry hands to the affected areas of the skin. You can also apply it with clean cotton wool or a gauze swab. Gently rub the medicine into the skin.
