Pridepan-IT Capsule 10's is a combination medicine used to treat acidity, gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), and peptic ulcers. Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) occurs when stomach acid frequently flows back into the food pipe (oesophagus). Peptic ulcers are sores that develop on the inner lining of the intestine and stomach.

Pridepan-IT Capsule 10's is a combination of two drugs: Pantoprazole and Itopride. Pantoprazole works by blocking the action of an enzyme called the gastric proton pump, which is responsible for the production of acid. Itopride works by accelerating gastric emptying and improving gastric sensitivity and tension. It also has anti-emetic action. Together, Pridepan-IT Capsule 10's helps in preventing acid reflux, thereby providing relief from acidity.

You are advised to take Pridepan-IT Capsule 10's as long as your doctor has prescribed it for you, depending on your medical condition. What if I have taken an overdose of Pridepan-IT Capsule 10's

The symptoms of overdose include fever, back pain, slow/irregular heartbeat, rash, pain while peeing or blood in urine (signs of kidney problems) or stomach pain that worsens (sign of an inflammed liver or pancreas).
