Do not take PRUGO 10MG TABLET if you are allergic to PRUGO 10MG TABLET, anti-histamines, or any of the ingredients of PRUGO 10MG TABLET.  Before starting PRUGO 10MG TABLET, please mention all the other medications you are using. If you have glaucoma (pressure inside the eye), emphysema (lung disease), asthma, ulcer, urine retention, hyperthyroidism, heart failure, hypertension, kidney or liver problem before starting, PRUGO 10MG TABLET. Driving and operating machinery is to be avoided while using this drug. PRUGO 10MG TABLET is a category C pregnancy drug; it can lead to fetal defects, so take only if prescribed by a doctor and if benefits outweigh risks as it can cause congenital disabilities. If PRUGO 10MG TABLET is used for anxiety, it should not be used for too long as it may lead to unpleasant side-effects.

Drug-Drug interaction: PRUGO 10MG TABLET is known to interact with opiates (meperidine), heart medicines (quinidine), Alzheimer's disease medications (donepezil, galantamine), anticholinergics (benztropine, scopolamine), antipsychotics (chlorpromazine, clozapine, fluphenazine, thioridazine, risperidone, trazodone), pain relievers (acetaminophen, aspirin, ibuprofen, codeine, hydrocodone, oxycodone).

Drug-Food interaction: PRUGO 10MG TABLET should not be taken along with alcohol as it is known to increase CNS depressive effect. 

Drug-Disease Interaction: PRUGO 10MG TABLET is known to interact in patients with glaucoma (pressure inside the eye), emphysema (lung disease), asthma, ulcer, retention of the urine, hyperthyroidism, heart failure, hypertension, kidney or liver problem.

• It is best to reduce or prevent alcoholic drinks while you are taking this drug. With PRUGO 10MG TABLET, alcohol use can lead to additive side effects, such as increased drowsiness.
• The immune system is affected by stress and raises the risk of being sick. An individual can exercise regularly, meditate, do deep breathing, and try progressive muscle relaxation techniques to relieve stress.
• To stay fit and safe, try to sleep at least 8 hours each night. Do regular exercise, which can help lower anxiety by releasing endorphins and improving your sleep and self-image. Maintain personal hygiene and keep your surroundings clean.
• Find the humor in your daily life. Try to watch a comedy show to help relieve stress.
• You can try increasing your mindfulness by including yoga, meditation, mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, and mindfulness-based stress reduction.
• Drink enough water to stay hydrated, and limit or avoid alcohol and caffeine to relieve anxiety.
• Include a diet rich in whole grains, vegetables, and fruits. This is a healthier option than eating a lot of simple carbohydrates found in processed foods.
• Herbs like turmeric, ginger, and chamomile contain anti-inflammatory properties. Including this stuff in the meal can reduce inflammation caused due to anxiety disorder.

• Alcohol consumption should not be done along with PRUGO 10MG TABLET as it can potentiate the CNS (central nervous system) effect and lead to depression.
