Siluri-D4 Capsule Combipack is used to treat benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) in adults. The prostate is a small, muscular gland in the male reproductive system. Benign prostatic hyperplasia is a common condition that occurs when the cells of the prostate gland begin to multiply.

Siluri-D4 Capsule Combipack is a combination of Silodosin and Dutasteride. This medicine works by blocking the action of alpha-1 receptors, causing smooth muscle relaxation in the bladder and prostate. Dutasteride blocks the action of a 5-alpha reductase enzyme, resulting in a shrinkage of the size of the prostate gland.

In some cases, you may experience certain common side effects such as dizziness, headache, nasal congestion (stuffy nose), and diarrhoea. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and will resolve gradually over time. However, talk to your doctor if you experience these side effects persistently.

Take Siluri-D4 Capsule Combipack as advised. Your physician will decide the dosage based on your medical condition. You can take Siluri-D4 Capsule Combipack with or without food. It is advised not to take more than the recommended dose of Siluri-D4 Capsule Combipack. Do not chew, crush, or break the medicine. It is crucial to have your lipid profile checked regularly.

Inform your physician if you are allergic to Siluri-D4 Capsule Combipack. Avoid consumption of alcohol as it may increase the side effects like dizziness and low blood pressure. If you take Siluri-D4 Capsule Combipack with any antihypertensive medicine, your blood pressure could suddenly drop to a life-threatening level. So, avoid intake of Siluri-D4 Capsule Combipack with antihypertensive drugs. Siluri-D4 Capsule Combipack is not recommended for use in female population and children.

• Siluri-D4 Capsule Combipack can be taken with or without food, as advised by your doctor • Follow your doctor's instructions on the dosage and timing of this medication. • Swallow Siluri-D4 Capsule Combipack as a whole with a glass of water. • Do not crush, chew, or open it.

• Siluri-D4 Capsule Combipack is a combination of Silodosin and Dutasteride used to treat the symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) in adults with an enlarged prostate gland.
• Siluri-D4 Capsule Combipack causes smooth muscle relaxation in the bladder and prostate, and also causes a shrinkage of the size of the prostate gland.
• It helps to relieve symptoms such as difficulty urinating or the urge to urinate more often and improve your ability to urinate. 

• Do not take Siluri-D4 Capsule Combipack if you are allergic to Siluri-D4 Capsule Combipack or any other components present in it. To treat your condition effectively, continue taking Siluri-D4 Capsule Combipack for as long as your doctor has prescribed it. Try not to stop taking it on your own.
• If you take Siluri-D4 Capsule Combipack with any antihypertensive medicine, your blood pressure could suddenly drop to a life-threatening level. So, avoid intake of Siluri-D4 Capsule Combipack with antihypertensive drugs.
• Inform your doctor if you have/had a heart attack or stroke or heart failure, low blood pressure, kidney or liver disease, have certain eye diseases, loss of vision due to loss of blood flow to the optic (eye) nerve before taking Siluri-D4 Capsule Combipack.
• You are advised not to drive or operate heavy machinery after taking Siluri-D4 Capsule Combipack as it may cause dizziness.
• Avoid consuming alcohol along with Siluri-D4 Capsule Combipack as it could lead to increased dizziness and drowsiness.
• Older patients may be more sensitive to the side effects of Siluri-D4 Capsule Combipack, especially dizziness and low blood pressure when getting up from a sitting or lying position. 
• Siluri-D4 Capsule Combipack is intended for male patients only. Therefore, it should not be administered to women and children under 18 years of age.
