Tamsin 0.4mg Tablet does not cure prostate cancer but helps manage the symptoms caused by BPH, such as difficulty passing urine and frequent urination. BPH is a non-cancerous growth of the prostate gland caused by excessive production of the hormone dihydrotestosterone (DHT), which can obstruct urine flow.
