Tarin Lotion is composed of ketoconazole and coal tar. Ketoconazole works by stopping the growth of dandruff-causing fungi. Coal tar works by removing dead cells from the skin’s top layer and slowing down the growth of skin cells.
You may experience warmth or a burning sensation, skin irritation, itching, and redness at the application site. The burning sensation may usually last for five minutes after application. Inform your doctor, if the side effects are persistent.
