1. Wash and Sterilise: Wash your hands thoroughly. Boil the baby’s feeding bowl and spoon in water for 5 minutes to sterilise them.
2. Boil Water: Boil clean drinking water for 5 minutes, then allow it to cool down until it is lukewarm (approx. 40°C).
3. Measure Water: Pour 75ml of the lukewarm water into the sterilised feeding bowl.
4. Add Cereal: Add exactly 3 level scoops (approx. 25g) of Cerelac powder to the water.
