1. Wash your hands thoroughly. Sterilise the baby's bowl and spoon by boiling them in water for 5 minutes.
2. Boil clean drinking water for 5 minutes and allow it to cool until it is lukewarm.
3. Pour exactly 75ml of the lukewarm water into the sterilised bowl.
4. Add exactly 3 level scoops (approx. 25g) of Cerelac Wheat 300 gm powder. Use only the scoop provided in the pack.
5. Stir continuously until the cereal reaches a smooth consistency. Feed immediately.
6. 1 to 2 servings per day for a 6-month baby, or as advised by your paediatrician.

Pro Tip: Never use a bottle to feed cereal. Using a spoon helps the baby learn the "tongue thrust" motion required for eating solids and prevents overfeeding.

• MOTHER'S MILK IS BEST FOR YOUR BABY. Infant food shall be introduced only after the age of 6 months.
• Contains Wheat (Gluten) and Milk solids. Not suitable for infants with Celiac disease or CMPA.
• After opening, transfer the pouch into an airtight container. Store in a cool, dry place.
• Consume within 3 weeks of opening.
• Prepared cereal should never be reused as saliva can cause bacterial growth in the bowl.
