  • Take a glass of water (150ml).
  • Pour one teaspoon (5g) of ENO orange powder into it.
  • Allow it to dissolve completely.
  • Once fully dissolved, consume the solution immediately.
  • Do not store or delay drinking after mixing.

Safety Information

Do not take this medicine for more than 14 days. Consult your doctor if symptoms persist or worsen. Do not exceed the maximum of 2 doses a day. Not to be consumed by children under the age of 12 without medical advice. Do not take ENO if you have high blood pressure, liver, heart and kidney problems, are on a low-sodium diet, or are allergic to any ingredients in ENO.
