Folsafe-L Tablet is a nutritional supplement that is used to treat nutritional deficiencies. It effectively treats various conditions caused due to lack of vitamins, such as low folate levels, anaemia (lack of red blood cells), neuropathy (nerve damage), seizures (fits), and hyperhomocysteinemia (high levels of homocysteine in the blood). It is composed of Calcium-L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate, Methylcobalamin (Vitamin B12), and Pyridoxal-5-phosphate (Vitamin B6).
Take medicine in the dose and duration prescribed by your doctor. Please do not take more than the daily recommended dosage. Swallow the tablet as a whole with a glass of water, preferably with meals or as directed by the physician. Do not try to break/crush/chew the tablet.
