Gelusil MPS Mint Chewable Tablet is indicated for the relief of symptoms of hyperacidity (e.g., heartburn, epigastric discomfort) that are often associated with peptic ulcer, gastritis, dyspepsia, peptic esophagitis, and hiatus hernia. It is also used to treat flatulence (gas).
Gelusil MPS Mint Chewable Tablet contains Activated Dimethicone, Magnesium Hydroxide, Dried Aluminium Hydroxide and Magnesium Aluminium Silicate Hydrate. It neutralises stomach acid and suppresses pepsin, a proteolytic enzyme. Thus, Gelusil MPS Mint Chewable Tablet relieves symptoms of hyperacidity and other associated conditions.
Sometimes, you may experience common side effects such as diarrhoea, constipation, and nausea. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and will resolve gradually. However, you are advised to talk to your doctor if the side effects persist or worsen.
