Since you are getting only slight relief with Hexigel Mouth Gel, you may need further evaluation to find the exact cause. Along with continuing good oral hygiene, rinsing the mouth with warm salt water several times a day may help reduce irritation and support healing. Avoid spicy, very hot, acidic, or hard foods because they can worsen pain and delay recovery.
