• Stay hydrated: Drink plenty of clear liquids, such as water, broths, and electrolyte-rich solutions, to replace lost fluids and prevent dehydration.
• Eat simple, bland foods: Stick to easy-to-digest options like bananas, plain white rice, applesauce, and toast until your digestive tract recovers.
