About Movicol Paediatric Sachet

Movicol Paediatric Sachet is used for the treatment of chronic constipation in children aged 1 to 11 years and faecal impaction in children aged 5 to 11 years.

Movicol Paediatric Sachet works by drawing water into the intestine, softening stools, and making them easier to pass. It also helps replenish electrolyte levels.

Movicol Paediatric Sachet may cause common side effects such as stomach pain, stomach rumblings, diarrhoea, nausea, or vomiting. If the side effects persist or worsen, please consult your doctor.

What if you forget to take Movicol Paediatric Sachet

If you forgot to give a dose of Movicol Paediatric Sachet to your child, give it as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and follow the regular schedule. Do not give a double dose to make up for the missed one.

  • If your child is allergic to Movicol Paediatric Sachet or any other medicines, please tell your doctor.
