Anaemia is a condition in which the body lacks sufficient healthy red blood cells or haemoglobin to carry oxygen properly, causing tiredness and weakness.
Oferon-XT Tablet contains Ferrous Bisglycinate, Zinc Bisglycinate, Folic Acid, and Methylcobalamin, which work together to support overall health. It helps increase haemoglobin levels and supports healthy red blood cell formation. It also helps maintain nerve function, improves energy levels, and supports immunity and tissue repair.
Take Oferon-XT Tablet as advised by the doctor. You may experience common side effects such as stomach cramps, constipation, diarrhoea, dark colored stool, nausea, rash, and swelling. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and will resolve gradually over time. However, you are advised to talk to your doctor if you experience these side effects persistently.

Oferon-XT Tablet is a nutritional supplement used to treat iron deficiency and its associated anaemia.
Oferon-XT Tablet contains Ferrous Bisglycinate, Zinc Bisglycinate, Folic Acid, and Methylcobalamin. It works by restoring iron levels and boosting the body’s production of red blood cells and haemoglobin, thereby treating and preventing iron-deficiency anaemia.
It is advised not to take Oferon-XT Tablet with tea, coffee, milk, or eggs, as they may interfere with iron absorption from Oferon-XT Tablet .
Oferon-XT Tablet is best absorbed if taken on an empty stomach. However, in some patients, Oferon-XT Tablet may cause gastrointestinal disturbances, such as stomach upset or constipation, when taken on an empty stomach. Please take it as advised by your physician if you have stomach problems.
Antacids may interfere with the absorption of iron. Hence, taking Oferon-XT Tablet two hours before or four hours after taking antacids is advised.
Before taking Oferon-XT Tablet , inform your doctor about all your medical conditions and medicines, especially if you have kidney or liver disease, bleeding disorders, allergies, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have conditions like hemochromatosis or zinc toxicity, to ensure safe use and avoid potential interactions.
