It can even increase our exercise ability, delay disease progression, and improve quality of life. It contains Bosentan, which narrows the blood vessels and increases pressure in the lungs. It helps to relax blood vessels by blocking endothelin and increasing the blood supply to the lungs. In some cases, you may experience swelling of legs and ankles, headaches, and diarrhoea. Before taking this medicine, you should tell your doctor if you are allergic to any of its components or if you are pregnant/breastfeeding, and about all the medications you are taking and pre-existing medical conditions.
