Certain foods and beverages may affect how Domstal DT 10 Tablet works or increase the risk of side effects. Examples include: 

  • High-Fat Meals: Taking this medicine with high-fat meals may delay its absorption and reduce its effectiveness.
  • Grapefruit Juice: Avoid grapefruit juice while taking Domstal DT 10 Tablet , as it may increase the concentration of the medicine in the body and raise the risk of side effects.

Coadministration of Domstal DT 10 Tablet with Toremifene can Increase the risk of irregular heart rhythm.

How to manage the interaction:
Although taking Domstal DT 10 Tablet and Toremifene together can cause an interaction, it can be taken if your doctor has suggested it. If you experience lightheadedness, tiredness, increased heart rate, consult a doctor. Do not discontinue any medications without consulting a doctor.
