Flexon MR Tablet is used in the reduction of musculoskeletal pain and muscle spasm due to tissue injury, resolution of post surgery inflammation and oedema (swollen tissue with fluid). It works by blocking the effect of a chemical known as prostaglandin responsible for inducing pain and inflammation in our body. Also, it helps by blocking nerve impulses or pain sensations sent by the brain and causes the relaxation of muscles. It may cause side effects such as nausea, indigestion, diarrhoea, drowsiness, dizziness, heartburn, stomach pain and restlessness. Before taking this medicine, you should tell your doctor if you are allergic to any of its components or if you are pregnant/breastfeeding, and about all the medications you are taking and pre-existing medical conditions.
