Ingafol 5 mg Tablet is used to treat or prevent anaemia (lack of blood). It contains Folic acid that works by increasing healthy red blood cell (RBC) production in the body, which helps carry oxygen throughout the body. In some cases, this medicine may cause side effects such as nausea, black stool, constipation, loss of appetite, bloating or flatulence (gas). Inform the doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking any other medication, or have any pre-existing medical conditions.

इंगाफोल ५ एमजी टैबलेट 'विटामिन' नामक औषधियों के एक वर्ग से संबंधित है, जिसका उपयोग फोलिक एसिड की कमी के कारण होने वाले एनीमिया (रक्त की कमी), गर्भावस्था में एनीमिया, क्षतिग्रस्त लाल रक्त कोशिकाओं के कारण एनीमिया, किडनी डायलिसिस रोगियों में एनीमिया और कुछ दवाओं के दुष्प्रभाव के रूप में होने वाले एनीमिया के इलाज या रोकथाम के लिए किया जाता है।इंगाफोल ५ एमजी टैबलेट का उपयोग महिलाओं में गर्भावस्था से पहले और उसके दौरान शिशुओं में स्पाइना बिफिडा (रीढ़ की असामान्यता) को रोकने के लिए किया जा सकता है। एनीमिया एक ऐसी स्थिति है जिसमें शरीर में विभिन्न ऊतकों तक आवश्यक ऑक्सीजन ले जाने के लिए पर्याप्त लाल रक्त कोशिकाएँ नहीं होती हैं।इंगाफोल ५ एमजी टैबलेट में फोलिक एसिड (विटामिन B9 का एक रूप) होता है जो शरीर में स्वस्थ लाल रक्त कोशिका (RBC) के उत्पादन को बढ़ाता है जो पूरे शरीर में ऑक्सीजन ले जाता है। नतीजतन, शरीर में पर्याप्त मात्रा में हीमोग्लोबिन (Hb) का उत्पादन होता है ताकि शरीर के प्रत्येक ऊतक को ऑक्सीजन की पर्याप्त आपूर्ति मिल सके।इंगाफोल ५ एमजी टैबलेट को अपने डॉक्टर द्वारा सुझाए अनुसार लें। आपको कुछ मामलों में मतली, काला मल, कब्ज, भूख न लगना, पेट फूलना या पेट फूलना (गैस) का अनुभव हो सकता है। इंगाफोल ५ एमजी टैबलेट के इनमें से ज़्यादातर साइड इफ़ेक्ट के लिए डॉक्टर की सलाह की ज़रूरत नहीं होती और ये धीरे-धीरे समय के साथ ठीक हो जाते हैं। हालाँकि, अगर साइड इफ़ेक्ट बने रहते हैं या बिगड़ जाते हैं, तो कृपया अपने डॉक्टर से सलाह लें।

अपने डॉक्टर की सलाह के अनुसार इसे भोजन के साथ या बिना भोजन के लें। इसे एक गिलास पानी के साथ पूरा निगल लें। इसे तोड़ें, कुचलें या चबाएँ नहीं।

How does the drug interact with Ingafol 5 mg Tablet:
Coadministration of Ingafol 5 mg Tablet and Carbamazepine may reduce the blood levels of Ingafol 5 mg Tablet.

How to manage the interaction:
Although there is a possible interaction between Ingafol 5 mg Tablet and Carbamazepine, you can take these medicines together if prescribed by your doctor. However, if your condition changes or you experience loss of seizure control, contact your doctor.

How does the drug interact with Ingafol 5 mg Tablet:
Coadministration of Ingafol 5 mg Tablet and Fluorouracil may increase the effects of Fluorouracil and increase the risk of serious side effects such as bleeding problems, anaemia (lack of blood), infections, and nerve damage.

How to manage the interaction:
Although there is a possible interaction between Ingafol 5 mg Tablet and Fluorouracil, you can take these medicines together if prescribed by your doctor. However, if you experience diarrhoea, paleness of skin, severe nausea and vomiting, over-tiredness, dizziness, fainting, blood in the stools, unusual bleeding or bruising, fever, chills, body pains, flu-like symptoms, skin reactions, mouth ulcers or sores, and/or numbness, burning or tingling in your hands and feet, contact your doctor.

Coadministration of Ingafol 5 mg Tablet and Cholestyramine may interfere with the absorption of Ingafol 5 mg Tablet.

How to manage the interaction:
Although taking Cholestyramine and Ingafol 5 mg Tablet together can result in an interaction, they can be taken together if prescribed by a doctor. However, if you experience Constipation, Diarrhea, Stomach pain, Nausea, or Loss of appetite, consult a doctor. Do not stop using any medications without consulting a doctor.

Co-administration of Ingafol 5 mg Tablet with Capecitabine may increase the risk of serious side effects such as bleeding problems, anemia, infections, and nerve damage.

Although there is a possible interaction between Ingafol 5 mg Tablet and Capecitabine, you can use these medicines together if prescribed by the doctor.
