Sotret 20 mg Capsule is used to treat a severe form of acne known as nodular acne when other treatments are ineffective. It contains Isotretinoin, which works by stopping the sebaceous glands from producing too much sebum and slowing the production of certain natural substances that can cause acne. Some people may experience dry skin and headaches. Before taking this medicine, you should tell your doctor if you are allergic to any of its components or if you are pregnant/breastfeeding, and about all the medications you are taking and pre-existing medical conditions.
