Viropil Tablet is used to treat HIV-1 infection. There is no risk of HIV transmission from kissing someone on the cheek. HIV spreads mainly through unprotected sexual contact, sharing infected needles, blood transfusion with infected blood, or from mother to baby during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Casual contact such as hugging, shaking hands, or kissing on the cheek does not transmit HIV because the virus is not spread through skin contact or saliva in normal situations. So in your case, kissing on the cheek is considered safe and does not pose a risk of HIV infection.

Resistance usually develops only when doses are missed frequently or treatment is not taken consistently, allowing the virus to multiply and change. With good adherence, regular viral load tests, and follow-up with the doctor, ART can keep the virus well controlled and help the person live a long, healthy life.
