For maximum nutritional benefit and safety, prepare the Nangrow nutritious milk drink exactly as directed:

1. Wash and Boil: Wash your hands thoroughly. Boil your child’s drinking cup or feeding utensil for 5 minutes to sterilise.
2. Prepare the Liquid: Boil drinking water for 5 minutes and allow it to cool until lukewarm (approx. 40°C). Alternatively, you can use previously boiled lukewarm milk.
3. Measure the Liquid: Pour exactly 210 ml of the lukewarm water (or milk) into the sterilised cup.
4. Add Powder: Use the provided scoop. Add 7 levelled scoops (approx. 33g) of the milk powder for toddlers 2-6 years into the liquid.
5. Stir and Serve: Stir briskly until the powder is completely dissolved. Serve immediately.

• Recommended Dosage: 2 serves per day alongside a regular, balanced diet, or as advised by your paediatrician.
• Pro Tip: Always feed the prepared drink immediately. If not consumed within half an hour, discard the leftover drink to prevent bacterial contamination.
