  1. Wash hands thoroughly before preparation.
  2. Sterilise bowl and spoon before use.
  3. Boil water and allow it to cool until lukewarm.
  4. Pour 75 ml water into a clean bowl.
  5. Add 3 level scoops of cereal powder.
  6. Stir until smooth and lump-free.
  7. Feed immediately after preparation.
