Anafortan Syrup treats abdominal pain (stomach ache) in infants and children. It contains Camylofin and Paracetamol. Camylofin efficiently relieves abdominal pain and cramps by relaxing the muscles of the stomach and gut. Paracetamol inhibits specific chemical messengers that induce pain and fever. Give this medication to children as advised by the doctor. It may cause common side effects such as irregular heartbeat, dry mouth, excessive thirst, difficulty in urination, constipation or flushing (sense of warmth in the ears, face, neck and trunk). Most side effects do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. However, if the side effects persist, contact your paediatrician.
