Thus, it helps to prevent the spreading of tumours (cancer cells) to other body parts. Sudden Feeling Of Heat, Flushed Faced, And Sweat

Always wear loose-fitting clothes suitable for your activity during hot flashes.
Include a diet containing fruits like watermelon, grapes, bananas and green leafy vegetables.
Drink plenty of water and stay hydrated.
Stay calm and lower your anxiety by practising yoga or meditation.

Less Hunger

Consume more protein-rich foods and healthy fats like beans, avocados, cheese, nuts and lean meats to minimize appetite.
Prefer foods high in fiber to help feel full for a long time.
If you have decreased appetite, eat only when you are hungry.
Eat several small meals or snacks all day.
Try to take only small sips of fluids while eating.

Infections Of The Airways

Get plenty of rest and avoid activities that tire you out to allow your body fight the infection.
Drink lots of fluids to help loosen mucus in the lungs.
Use over-the-counter medications like paracetamol or ibuprofen to manage fever.
Use a humidifier as it helps soothe irritated airways.
Do not make changes to your medication schedule or take over-the-counter medicines without consulting your doctor.

High Cholesterol

Eat more plant based foods like vegetables, fruits and whole grains.
Reduce intake of foods containing high fat such as dairy, oil and red meat.
Exercise for at least 30 minutes 5 days a week.

Control blood sugar and blood pressure.

Increased Blood Clotting

If you notice any changes in your blood test results, especially if you are taking medicines that can affect clotting time, consult your doctor so that they may adjust the dose or recommend alternative medicine with lower risk.
Be aware of possible signs like nosebleeds, easy bruising, or heavy menstrual bleeding.

It Takes A Long Time For Blood To Clot
