For safe formula feeding, strict hygiene is essential. Follow these steps precisely:

Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water before preparing the formula.
Wash the feeding bottle, nipple, and cap. Boil them in water for at least 5 minutes. Leave them covered until ready to use.
Boil fresh drinking water for 5 minutes, then allow it to cool until lukewarm (approximately 40°C / 104°F) to protect the live probiotics.
Consult the feeding table on the pack. Pour the exact amount of lukewarm water into the sterilised bottle.
Use only the scoop provided in the NAN Excellapro Stage 1 powder 3x400g box. Level the powder on the scoop without packing it down.
Cap the bottle and shake vigorously until the powder is completely dissolved. Test the temperature on your wrist before feeding.

Pro Tip: Discard any unused, prepared formula after 1 hour to prevent bacterial growth. Never save leftover formula for the next feed.
